Electrical – Mechanical Erection Works

Installation of 26 nos., 26 mtrs. high, weighing 56 Tons each of Surge Vessel – dia. 2,300 mm & capacity 220 cu. mtrs. with all Auxiliary Air & Water Piping, of size ranging from 2″ to 48“.
Structure designed to withstand wind load with peak wind velocity of 45 cm per sec. (gust included) and with max. 80 deg. C0. metal temperature under direct Sun.
Installation of Compressor Units, 48” dia. Motor Operated Valves, and 26 Tons Relief Valve Skid.
Installation of HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection System at all Buildings.
Laying & Termination of Cables for Power, Instruments & Controls.
Supply & Installation of Lighting System at all areas.
Installation of Electricals & Instrumentation at Surge Vessel Area & Terminal building.
Testing & Commissioning of All Systems.
