Work Description
Civil, Structural, Mechanical, & Electrical Works
Scope of Work
- Fabrication, Painting, & Erection of about 835 MT of Steel Structure.
- Erection of 669 sq. mt. of Steel Cladding
- Fabrication & Installation of Assorted Piping: viz. 6,000 MT of RTR Pipes 4″ to 84″ dia., 5,000 MT. of S S Pipes 1″ to 16” dia., 2,000 MT of Pvc & uPVC Pipes 2″ to 8” dia. and 7,500 MT. of Cu. / GI Pipes 1″ to 8″ dia. and Pipe Racks.
- Sandblasting, Painting and Installation of CS Pipes, and Insulation & Al.
- Jacketing of Pipes.
- Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Equipment: viz. High Pressure Pumps coupled with Motors & Recovery Turbines, Vertical Multi-stage Pressure pumps, Back-wash & Feed Pumps, Air Blowers, Compressors, Chemical Dozing Pumps, Static Mixers, Chemical Process Units, Exhaust Fans, Motor Operated Valves, and Over-head Cranes.
- Laying, Termination & Testing of MV / LV Cables & Cable Racks for Building, Street / Security Lighting, Instrumentation & Control System, Data & Communication System.
- Earthing & Bonding System for entire Plant.
