Work Description
Civil, Architectural and Electro-Mechanical Works
Scope of Work
- Installation 5000 m22 space frame, and 5000 m2 cover of the steel (sandwich panels)
- Aluminum works cladding 850 m2, windows and sliding doors
- Civil works (retaining wall and foundations aand column’s), cement board 2300 m2 granite 2100 m2, interlock 1500 m2.
- Supply and installaion of 6 pcs Compacted Air Conditioning Units, 19 tone per unit
- Spiral round duct single wall inside insulation with the feeding opening and the calibration damper
- Electrical works compact sub-station 1000Kva for transferring from 13.8Kv to 380V 60Hrtz,
- MDP, DP, Lighting panel and fire alaram system.
