  • Work Description:
    Civil, Mechanical, & Electrical Infra-Structure Works (Extension of Phase 1 Project)
  • The Scope of Work:
    • Site Cleaning with Excavation / Filling of 310,003 cu.mtr. of soil.
    • Construction of Roads with 146 Poles of Street Lights, Walkways, & Parking.
    • Installation of 5.58 KM of Irrigation Piping, and LPG Network of 850 M with Installation of two nos. LPG Tanks of capacity 30,000 gallons & 10,000 gallons.
    • Installed 11.85 KM of Water Distribution Network.
    • Setting up of Sewage Treatment Plant and Installation of 1.32 KM of Sewer Pipe Lines.
    • Installation of 3 Chiller Plants of 1,300 Tons capacity, and 3 nos. Cooling Towers of 3,900 GPM capacity & laying of 2.18 KM of Hydronic Pipes, together with Chilled & Cond. Water Pumps.
    • Added Facilities like: Telephone & Computer Data System, Clock System, MATV, CCTV Surveillance, CCMS /
      BMS / Fire Alarm System incl. Sprinklers, FM 200 Fire Suppression System & Fire Hydrants.
    • Electrical Works include: Installation of LC Ducts -13.81 KM of dia. 6" PVC for LC System.
    • 4 nos. of 1,500 KVA Generators for Emergency power, 4 nos. Power transformers, 2 nos. MV Switchgear of 40 MVA / 13.8 MV capacity and Installation of 9.5 KM of 15 KV MV Cables. 3 nos. LV Switchgear with Capacitor Bank, MCCs 3 nos., Power & Lighting Panels, Lighting Transformers, 21.33 KM LV Cables, Control Boards, and Photo-Electric Switches for Street Lights.
    • Grounding, Bonding, and Lightning Protection System.
