  • Work Description:
    Civil, Mechanical, & Electrical Infra-Structure Works
  • The Scope of Work:
    • Site Cleaning with Excavation / Filling of 1,230,000 cu.mtr. of Soil.
    • Construction of Roads with 590 Poles of Street Lights, Walkways, & Parking.
    • Installation of Sewer &p; Irrigation Piping, and 34 KM of Water Distribution Network.
    • Setting up of Sewage Treatment Plant of 1,600 cu.mtr. / day capacity and Sewage Pump Lifting station of 50 LPS. capacity.
    • Also Storm Water Pump Station of 250 LPS capacity is constructed.
    • Installation of 4 nos. Chiller Plants of 1,300 Tons capacity and 3 nos. Cooling Towers of 3,900 GPM capacity, &
      laying of 1.4 KM of Hydronic Pipes, together with Chilled & Condenser Water pumps.
    • Installation of R.O Plant of 400 cu. mtr per day capacity.
    • Facilities like: Telephone & Computer Data System, Clock System, MATV, CCTV Surveillance, CCMS / BMS / Fire
      Alarm System, Sprinklers, FM 200 Fire Suppression System & Fire Hydrants, are included.
    • Electrical Works include: Installation of 16 KM of U / G conduits for Elect. Cabling.
    • 4 nos. of 1,500 KVA Generators for Emergency Power, 4 nos. Power Transformers, 1 no. MV Switchgear and
      Installation of 28 KM of 15 KV MV Cables, 2 nos. LV Switchgear, MCCs, Power & Lighting Panels, Lighting
      Transformers. 10 KM of LV Cables, Control Boards, and Photo-electric Switches for Street Lights.
    • Grounding, Bonding, and Lightning Protection System.
